What is Therm-ic after-sales service?
Therm-ic is committed to providing you with quality products for use in all types of conditions and in complete safety. For this reason, all our Therm-ic products are guaranteed for 2 years from the date of purchase against all manufacturing defects. Our team is committed to constantly improving our products and developing them for greater durability and optimum performance. If you are not satisfied with the quality of your purchase, Therm-ic undertakes to respond to your requests as quickly as possible.
You can contact our After-Sales Service in the following situations:
- Exchange the size of your product.
- Repair your product.
- Request a refund (Please see refund conditions).
- Return a defective product for exchange.
If the product is not covered by the guarantee, we will provide you with an estimate for the repair.
The exchange concerns a new product, never worn, returned with its original packaging, label and proof of purchase. For the return of a defective product, we will only accept clean products. Withdrawal period: as stipulated by law, you have 30 days to cancel or return your order once you have received it.
Refund conditions: we will refund or exchange products within 14 days of receipt of your products in our premises. Products must be clean, unworn, unwashed and returned in their original packaging with the label and proof of purchase.
Our shipping policy

Note: defective products are not considered to be products that have not been used or maintained under normal conditions of use or conditions recommended by Therm-ic, for example (illustrative list): failure to comply with the instructions for use, failure to comply with the washing instructions on the label, damage or deterioration caused by abusive or abnormal use of the product, etc.
